50 delicious Christmas cookies
It’s Christmas and that means cookie time. Want to stick with the classics? Or are you after something new? Whatever you’re looking for you’ll find in this bumper list of 50 Christmas cookies.

Growing up in New Zealand, I experienced many a Christmas barbecue breakfast, followed by a later lunch that would spawn enough leftover ham recipes to keep you going for several days.
And if I go back to my earliest Christmas memories, as well as the ubiquitous Christmas trifle, I could always count on being offered a choice from the box of Griffins Samplers. This box featured New Zealand’s finest mass-produced cookies, which, in retrospect, were not much to get excited about – although I’ll still take on anyone for a Toffee Pop.
These days, I’d rather make my sweet treats by hand.
And while you won’t find anything like the Toffee Pop here, you will find recipes for 50 delicious Christmas cookies, ranging from the classics through to the new delights to tempt your taste buds.
Happy baking.
